↠ Powers / Abilities: Cassidy is a vampire, although most of the lore one associates with vampires doesn't apply to him... usually*. What follows is the baseline strengths and weaknesses that come with his vampirism:
Physical Stasis: Although decades of alcohol and drug abuse have visibly aged him by a few years, Cassidy appears to be roughly the age at which he was turned. He can survive without breathing, and he has no heartbeat.
Healing: While he doesn't need to drink blood just to survive, Cassidy does drink blood when he finds himself facing an otherwise life-threatening — or sometimes, just plain annoying — injury. The worse the injury is, the more he needs, but the right amount of blood will let him come back from everything from a beating or a gunshot wound, all the way to severed limbs or being burned alive. If there is no blood available, he heals at the rate of a normal human, or, if the injuries would be fatal to a normal human, he endures a fuckton of pain until he can heal.
Can Create Other Vampires: Cassidy's bite can, under the right circumstances, cause another person to become a vampire. This is something Cassidy is shown to be very reluctant to do.
Weakness to the Sun: Direct sunlight causes Cassidy's skin to let off smoke, then blister, then light on fire, if he lets himself get exposed for more than a second. He can go outside during daylight as long as he's covered up by a sufficient amount of clothing, or standing in the shade.
*Vampires in Cassidy's canon are capable of learning additional powers, but in order to unlock them, they have to drink the blood of other vampires (or take Lust, which temporarily boosts your innate abilities? cough). Those include:

↠ What is Your Character's Sin?: The path of least resistance is Cassidy's M.O. When the going gets tough, he moves on, even when there isn't anywhere in particular he wants to go. He also has no inclination toward developing or improving himself, and he will outright ignore any problems in his personal relationships or circumstances until he's forced to confront them. In this way, he aligns most strongly with Sloth.

- Realizing his son makes a really terrible vampire and killing him days after turning him
- Watching the woman he loves die while being prevented from trying to save her
- (She eventually got better because of some voodoo, but Cassidy's still angry about that)
- (So angry and desperate, in fact, that he asked the woman who saved Tulip's life to also make a love potion that he could use on her as a last resort to get her away from Jesse)
- Getting found out as a vampire, captured, and forced to fight in underground gladiator-style matches in a place called The Tombs
- Losing the love potion in the middle of a fight
- Being chopped into pieces and packed into a shipping box by Jesse in a bid to 'save' him
- Putting himself back together and going back to The Tombs to retrieve the potion
- Getting the snot beaten out of him by Jesse when he got there
- Getting actually broken out of The Tombs by Tulip
- Having Tulip drop him off at the bus stop shortly after and tell him she doesn't love him

- Entrancement/supernatural seduction of mortals

- Wallet - Fake ID, some cash, a few soon-to-be-useless credit cards.
- Cell phone - Will be an expensive brick once he arrives.

- Love spell - A potion in a small spray bottle. A person who gets sprayed with it will fall in total infatuation with the person who administered it. As far as we know, the effect never wears off on its own, though it's possible that another act of magic could reverse it.
- A pillowcase containing a few IV blood bags and an extra set of clothes
